2. Encourage lots of activity during the day
3. Wind things down as bedtime approaches
4. Make sure children don't fall asleep hungry
5. Sleep training (for babies)

How To Use DuDu Drops (1 year +)

Dilute 5 drops in a teaspoon of milk or water just before bedtime or add to the bedtime bottle. May be repeated after 15 minutes if necessary or during the night, for up to 5 doses.
